RSS Goodness!

POSTED AT 13:49 on 2nd March 2007

RSSWe have just added RSS feeds to tweeto so that you can now track your active and recently completed tasks both on the tweeto website and in the RSS reader of your choice (we favor Google Reader).

Each user has their own RSS key that is used to identify them to the system without having to login. This means that you can now share your task list with others via the RSS link. Say for example that you have a team of people working for you and you want to keep track of what tasks they have completed, you can simply subscribe to their completed task feed and monitor everything from the comfort of your RSS reader.

Color Label Tasks

POSTED AT 15:49 on 28th February 2007

Example of the new color labels feature.

We have just uploaded a new update that allows you to color label your tasks so that you have another option for grouping and organizing your tasks. Internally we have been using the color labels to add a custom priority to tasks - red = urgent task, orange = medium, yellow = low, green = quick tasks.

Labels are optional so that it doesn’t slow you down when adding new tasks and are even hidden in a fold away “advanced options” section so that if you don’t want to use them you can stick to the simple interface. Tweeto is designed to follow the users own requirements and doesn’t force them to change the way they manage their tasks which is why we think the color labels are a great feature as you can use them as you see fit and for whatever purpose you want.

Enjoy!

POSTED AT 11:50 on 26th February 2007

Tweeto now has a new help section to help any users who are having issues with the application. It’s only brief at the moment as the application is very simple to use, but for those who are having issues check out the help section.
